ANNOUNCEMENTS:• Please make sure to check in at the greeting table at every meeting ☺
• If you haven’t registered for the new session, please see Nicole at the greeting table for a registration form. Dues for the new session are $60, checks can be made to Faith Baptist Church.
• During breakfast this morning, please complete an evaluation form to give us feedback on the fall session.
• MOPPETS Workers – we have lost a few workers due to school schedules, life, etc… if you know of any good, qualified workers, please contact Vanessa (MOPPETS Coordinator) at zimmiedg@hotmail.com or 235-1235.
UPCOMING MEETINGS & EVENTS• MOPS Bible Study starts back up on 1/20. This session, we will be studying “Shepherding a Child’s Heart” by Tedd Tripp. Please sign up today!
• 1/27 Meeting - MOVIE MORNING and PJ CONTEST! Wear your COMFY jammies and enjoy a CHICK FLICK (13 going on 30) WITHOUT any interruptions! Popcorn provided. Bring your PILLOW and your favorite BLANKIE and be prepared for some much deserved R&R! Be ready to win some GREAT prizes. PRIZES awarded to the following categories: Best Dressed, Most Outlandish and Best House Slippers!
• 1/30 – MyGym Playdate from 4:15-5:15pm. Cost is $5/child.
OUTREACH PROJECTS & FUNDRAISER• 2/24 Meeting - February Outreach Project. We will be sending care packages to deployed MOPS spouses. Please let your Table Leader know if you have a spouse serving overseas who could be blessed by a care package.
• Garage Sale Fundraiser – please start saving your items for our garage sale in March! It’s a new year, a great time to clean house and de-clutter ☺ Anything leftover from our swap table will be saved for the garage sale.
• April Meeting - Women’s Shelter Project. Details to follow.
OTHER• Naomi Overton, our MOPS International president is having focus groups in San Diego on Saturday, February 21. The focus group will meet about adapting MOPS to reach new faces, new places and new generations with three different groups of women:

• ATTENTION MILITARY WIVES: If you are a military wife and live on or near the Marine Corps Base...then we want you!! The Base Chapel will be starting a MOPS group in the Fall and we are looking for moms to help with planning and implementation. This will be a great opportunity to minister to the younger moms on Base, and will also be a great way to grow your own leadership skills in a fun and safe environment!
